Review summary

Just got done with a 7 day cruise and got off the ship today. I didn't realize that if you don't purchase the photo package while on the ship, all your precious photos are deleted and you have no chance to do so. You would think with all the messages they give out on the intercom and the papers they send to the room with info, they would atleast warn guests that they need to purchase the photos before getting off the ship. Now what should have been a really fun day after an awesome week of family time has turned into heartbreak. I've been trying to contact them for hours and no one can help me so my whole experience has been ruined as I'm just so upset I lost all those cute family photos of my kids and i that I wanted to purchase. Hope this reviews helps someone else to not make the same mistake I made in thinking you could get your photos at the end.

The night before debarkation they come on the overhead and announce that you need to buy your photos that night. They also put it in writing in your room and on the hub. Just got off the panorama in January 2023.

I haven’t been on a cruise in 18 years and specifically have not cruised with my kids, but I can still recall 21 year old me being hammered with all the advertising on buying the pictures. Where exactly did you think you were buying them off the boat? And for overpriced glamour shots to ruin your entire experience? Geeze Louise man!

They have always made announcements about the pictures, you can even purchase on your phone anytime during the cruise, but once you get off the ship they are gone. Well you still have the memories and I hope someone took pictures with their phone.
