Review summary

I was frustrated with the price you charge for the COVID test that was too expensive. It was the same test I took the night before ridiculous. Knowing the last minute most people are running around preparing, traveling to get too there destination. I happen to look at my email at when I was already heading there from Baltimore to LA. I work for the hospital the charge was outrageous I could of gotten it FREE. Even if you charge I could see $25 that's CRAZY. Also, disappointed with the late night shows it was like 20 minutes so much has change. Hopefully we will not have to go through this on the next one. Thanks

I was disappointed I'm used to the great customer services that carnival used too delivering such as names to name basis, to friendly smiles and cleaning the rooms.
