Review summary

I was frustrated with the price you charge for the COVID test that was too expensive. It was the same test I took the night before ridiculous. Knowing the last minute most people are running around preparing, traveling to get too there destination. I happen to look at my email at when I was already heading there from Baltimore to LA. I work for the hospital the charge was outrageous I could of gotten it FREE. Even if you charge I could see $25 that's CRAZY. Also, disappointed with the late night shows it was like 20 minutes so much has change. Hopefully we will not have to go through this on the next one. Thanks

This industry that we love so so much got hit HARD by Covid. What do you expect right now? You don't think they want to deliver superior service? They're still on life support. Let me make this clear to you. Do you know how expensive it is for a common person to just own a boat? I mean like a little Gilligan's Island boat? Imagine the cost of owning one (1) luxury liner. Now imagine a fleet of massive luxury liners. Port fees. Maintenance. Even the bare bones staff that must on board just to keep the ship maintained. Corporate employees, etc., etc... Now imagine having the burden of hundreds of millions of dollars in a accounts payables for over a year, with NO income. Didn't you notice Carnival selling off a bunch of ships? They had no choice. They're doing the best they can to just not go out of business entirely and you should be thanking God they didn't. We need to help the industries we care about get back on their feet. Not sit and whine like spoiled, entitled children having temper tantrums. I just got off Panorama last week. Yeah, it's not what it was. But as a rational adult, I was just happy to be a part of what I hope is financial rehabilitation for these companies. It's going to be a while before things are as they were. Be patient. Or stay off the ships. But this doesn't help. They have been there for us. Pampering us. Entertaining us. Try to be there for them. Remember. Most people have trouble identifying with entitled whiny people who can't see past themselves.

I assume you paid the $100 at the port, that is what is on there web site. $25 at home much better.

Don’t understand your complaint, you could have the test free as you stated

Every Carnival cruise I take, they send me a survey to answer. If you don'y get one, go to Carnival site and state your grievance. This is not a Carnival site.

Too bad they won’t read this, but I think the base cost for the test is set by the testing company, with maybe a mark up for Carnival.

Just get the cooties test done at Walgreens for free….
