Review summary

Planned a reunion with a long lost relative. Never happened. Being almost 2 hours late due to us being flagged for no reason at all. Then my wife became I'll from dinner. We missed our schedule appt to view photos because she was in bed We tried to contact the photographer but noone ever returned our email . And we were unable to purchase any photos Customer service offered us a free bottle of wine for the delay at check-in. Great we don't drink. Wife was not able to see her biological dad and we gave no anniversary pics. We feel let down

Horrible. We were flagged 3 times. Noone would or could give us an explanation as to why. We missed a meeting due to the delay.. IA bad start.. That only got worse.

We checked in and in the side table were 4 knives. We called customer service. The steward retrieved them from our cabin while we were out. Cleanliness wasn't the issue Lack of communication was .

Glad you had at least a 3.5 star experience. That is about the best you can expect when cruising during Covid.

flagged 3 times then there is a reason. if you did not find out it’s on you. if a 2 hour delay makes you miss a long lost relative then the meet was not happening anyway. blaming others for your own mistakes try something other than cruising.

Wonder how many of your issues were caused by the bulk online travel agency you used? And how does being longer through checkin make you miss seeing someone? You were going to exit the ship after checking in? Poor planning. I found on my last Panorama trip that the stewards do vary in how deep they clean, having had two different rooms on two different floors. Did you take the wife to medical? She may have picked up something in PV. Too bad this is a cross posted review, would like to know more details.
