Review summary

Everything was good but disappointed in the information provided prior such as unvaccinated kids only being allowed to do bubble tours. Staff was incredible top to bottom starting with Cruise director Lee who was hands down the best cruise director I have experienced in 11 cruises.

Spotless

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Small size and top bunks were not comfortable, but overall was good

Ship tip

Ask more questions, the people we talked to prior left out important details that would have made us reconsider cruising with an unvaccinated 3 year old (for example only can leave ship on bubble tours)

@javawoody, I’m sick tired of masks, vaccinations, and the fact there mandated. Let’s focus on that!

Appreciate your feedback. Sorry.

I'm sorry you felt let down, but as everyone else has said, the information was there if you had looked. Even when booking excursions the info is there.

Thanks for the review. All of the information regarding Covid restrictions and requirements is plainly posted on the website and in the boarding requirements received via email. I’m not sure why so many aren’t aware of them. I would never depend on someone from customer service from the cruise lines to provide important information. They have been proven wrong many times since Covid started and their goal seems to be to sell cruises or to keep people from canceling, not to provide accurate information.

Everything is on the Carnival website and or in your cruise contract.

So tired of the complaints of not being informed about unvaccinated children on ships.

Unless they changed the web page, unvaccinated rules were there. Agree, Lee was a hoot on stage. Glad the rest of the trip was good.
