A value for the price and the ship staff and entertainment is excellent. It was the dining room experience that I was unhappy with. The food was fair and they should implement a "casual dress" code. People were just plain ole sloppy and inappropriate for the formal dining room. Ass's hanging our of daisy dukes men in urban style .. ball caps flip flops all good for the buffet but I like a little more class in the evening in the dining room.

Staff was friendly but certainly didn't go above and beyond. Food was mediocre, needed more variety & wasn't the greatest quality. The "fancy" dinners where the food was supposedly "made to order" knew it wasn't & many times cold or just warm by the time they brought it to you. Buffet lines moved very slow & definitely didn't have enough staff to keep things moving for the amount of people on board the ship. Days at the pool were very hard to find chairs and the chairs that you did find were very cramped & close together. We paid for the bubbles package which allows you to get soda and a few other things, no bottled water you can only get soda at certain bars, not much of a variety not worth it... We had to pay for the internet package just so I could check my banking and email that was the biggest scam the internet either never worked or it was the slowest and worst connection I've ever experienced. The ports were beautiful and the excursions were great! Overall we had a good time but the value for what you got was not good

We had some issues some of which I have already discussed. But they had issues with the sauna and steam room being out of order, why did the pools have to be closed while in port.

The best vacation ever! Cannot wait to begin planning my next one!

Love this cruise. Carnival and their staff are top notch. Always friendly and accommodating. The ship is very clean and the service is fabulous. We did find that we missed not having a pool that you could actually swim in or at least tread water. They do have an adult pool which is awesome however, it's more of a cooler hot tub with people packed in and standing around drinking. While that was fun, the water was so murky that we were a little grossed out to be in it. Overall though, we loved the cruise and would take this one again.

The ship and the staff all performed remarkably. I definitely felt like we got our money's worth.

We had lots of fun on our snorkeling excursion in Cozumel and our visit to Stingray City in Grand Cayman. We highly recommend Roatan/Mahogany Bay... that was a great day at the beach that does not require any excursion or added expense. Talk about a huge bonus!

Carnival was super helpful and wonderful to us the entire cruise, especially helping us navigate some difficulties and injuries along the way. No complaints and plan to do another one as soon as we can!

All the staff were eager to make our family vacation a memorable experience. The ships layout is very confusing, especially when trying to navigate to Club Ocean and some other children activities. The ship was very clean but she did show he age. Had a suite and the whirlpool did not operate. Also many of the drawers and closet doors did not properly work. Tracks to them were worn or bent so it made it difficult to open and close. Entertainment was excellent. Good value for the money.

Travelled with an elderly wheelchair person and a 10 year old. Much to do to keep everyone involved. Loved the suite and all the personal services. Everything ran on schedule and it was a great, though tiring, trip. Would recommend to any adventure seeking person or to those wanting a quiet repast.

This cruise is very entertaining with different activities for all ages through out the week. Music selections and games are good picks. This cruise is definitely for all ages. Great services from the staff through out the whole ship. Love the shows that are provided.

GUEST SERVICE AND EXCURSION PERSONNEL ARE POOR. SECURITY WAS NOT HELPFUL WHEN WE HAD AN ISSUE WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE, BUT WE WERE NOT GIVEN ANYTHING. This was a very expensive vacation for very little enjoyment. My son turned 2 the day before the trip. We were told that could save money if he turned 2 the day after. My 2 and 5 year old had very little to do on the boat and yet they we were charged full admission.

We were a group of ten family members and we had an amazing, blessed time. One or two complaints is not enough to rate it below 4 1/2 stars. The service, shows and Dinning were Outstanding! Percy, our server, Winston, our cabin person, Franky, our Entertainment Director, were among the Stars of the 7 day Cruise.

This ship really needs to the-evaluate it’s Lind up for entertainment. The cast was horribly out of tune and the theater half empty.

Despite negative reviews we read, this was an amazing cruise. Director Frankie is hands down the best in the business. The food was very good, the entertainment was awesome, the staff was always friendly and we were greeted by name daily by our room steward Vicente and the pirts of call and excursions were well worth the cost. This is DEFINITELY a ship for first tine cruisers as well as repeat cruisers. WAY TO GO #CARNIVALMIRACLE. We love you and will DEFINITELY be on you again soon!!

This was a very good cruise. Although we only got off in one port, we really enjoyed the time on the ship.

I believe I prefer to settle in one place and learn about it as I travel and interact with locals in less of a touristy way. Other than that it was fun, interesting and I'm glad we had the experience.
