Our housekeeping team was GREAT! They stayed on top of the issues we had with water and did everything they could to take care of it!
Alberto in the dining room was FABULOUS!!! We felt like first class passengers with his care to detail!
Shout out to Andy, our Cruise Director!!! I never seen anyone with such a love for his job!! So glad we "have a friend in him"!! Loved getting to know him!!

Cabin / Stateroom

The size of our cabin was great! Having a couch and larger bathroom was perfect for us. However, we had a problem with water leakage in our room first from air conditioner then from plumbing. This was a problem for 6 out of the 7 nights we were on ship. Dealing with large fans and squishy carpeting as well as mildew smells put a damper on our stay. Guest Services did provide us with some credits, however, being moved to a different cabin would have been much better for us.
We did the Airboat excursion. It was a great time. Saw a lot of bird and a couple of iguanas. Didn't see any manatees or crocs but it was still a great time!
This is a beautiful port! We did the Visit by Land and Sea. Our tour guide, Jonathan was fabulous. The views were breathtaking and the sea part was great. Watching dolphins was the best!
