Review summary

Dear Carnival Cruises,

After arriving to the cruise dock in Long Beach, LA, My Wife and I marveled at the journey that awaited us. Overall this excitement slowly faded to a satisfactory experience at best. Yes we were impressed by the service on board the ship. Our stateroom exec took special care of us. Also our Waiter team was excellent, however, The trip was lackluster overall.

If the service was impressive, and your stateroom steward took care of you, and your waitstaff was excellent, then what was so lackluster?
