Review summary
Day started out with receiving conflicting information from security and our cabin steward. Hardly ever saw our cabin steward for the entire 14 days. Past cruises the stewards have always been helpful and are always around to be of assistance. The ports were changed due to "weather" however come to find out there was a propulsion problem, which was not disclosed during booking. We never made it to Maui and only had 2 hours after 8pm in Ensenada. Why we stopped at Hilo for 2 hours, when not everyone could even get off the ship in a tender in 2 hours is still a mystery. Purchased a endless soda card, yet when trying to order soda in the dining room was told "no soda". Ordered a Soda at one of the bars and when there was no a tip added, the bar tender wadded the paper up and threw it on the floor. The food (Other than at Nick and Noras) was cold and very repetitive. I had more grilled cheese sandwiches during the cruise than any other time in my life. Not enough activities for 5 days at sea coming and going. Most disgusting is walking on the upper deck and seeing black mold in areas not cleaned. Do not take this trip unless you want to be disappointed!!

Ship tip
Nick and Noras was excellent and worth the extra charge. Food was not good in other areas. ship was supposed to be non-smoking except for limited areas, however there was smoking out in the open and nothing done about it. Propulsion problems were noted in April 2014-was not disclosed!!!
