Review summary
Three or four kids (approx. ages 6 - 10) were in the cabin next door to ours. We were awakened by noise from these kids between 12:00am and 1:00am on three separate occasions and on two afternoons when we tried to nap. The kids were so loud that the picture on the wall was rattling. We have no idea where the parents were, we never saw them. We complained to guest services on 5 separate occasions with only short time results. Finally, I suggested that rather than send security to the cabin next door they should locate the parents. This seemed to work but this was toward the end of the trip and most of our trip had been disrupted. To date we have heard nothing from Carnival except for the weak "I'm sorry" responses from the various guest services staff. As for the ship, it was clean but needs updating. The food was average and not what we have come to expect from Carnival. As always, the cabin, restaurant, and spa staff were all very good. Except for the kids, I would rate this cruise as average.Ship experiences
