There was a roach in my room and the staff didn’t initially want to move my room. Finally once I continued to ask for a new cabin I was moved to a room that smelled like sewage. I asked to be refunded for the days moved and carnival will not honor it.

Seems a bit skewed to me. Could a single roach cause every aspect of the cruise to be rated 1 star? 😏
