Review summary

Overall, it was a great cruise with my family. There are some improvements that need to be made and the ship is showing its age some. In spite of that, I had a great cruise.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Everything was smooth except for parking. This port is difficult because there is no parking right at the port. Once you get there, the process was very smooth and quick.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was as good or better than expected. The deli, pizza ad Guy’s burgers were all really good. The MDR typically had good choices. The buffet had some really good things and some really bad things. The biggest negative was the wait time for all the food. The lines were always long.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The pools are too small to really do anything. The water slides were good. The rope course was good.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The parties were fun. The shows were just different versions of singing and dancing. A couple of the comedians were really entertaining s. The biggest draw back was there was very little music out on deck during the day.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
The service was good but nothing above and beyond.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship has a great layout and is easy to get around. It is starting to show it’s age.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was just as expected.
