Never again with carnival cruise line. It was the worst vacation/ cruise I have ever been on.
Embarkation
1 out of 5
Super long lines to park and to board
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Our waiters and waitress in the main dining room were the only good part of the cruise ship
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
If there were things going on, most cost money to do. Not much going on
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Only two stage shows in 7 nights, 4 nights of comedy shows. Violin players were good, DJ was good but there was too much down time
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Our waiters and waitress were the best in the main dining area, room Stewart never came and talked with us, we had to find him in the hallway. After about the 4th day on the ship he would speak to us.
Ship Quality

There was dishes on the stairs. Food on the floor outside the elevator. I actually fell on the 5th floor getting out of the elevator because of a spill.
Cabin / Stateroom

The air conditioner did not work. We asked for a fan and was told to call housekeeping. You could not get through. Finally one of the Stewart’s down the hall got us a fan. Refrigerator was not cold at all and you could not turn it up
Made us wait in the theater, what a mess, nobody there to enforce how people let there. One lady threatened my little niece and she was not suppose to be in line. The released by roll but people just pushed their way off
That stinks to hear you had so many issues. I hope your next cruise is better. One thing I wanted to comment on is when you mentioned the refrigerator in your room was not cold. They're actually not refrigerators, they're just considered coolers so maybe that's why you had issues.
Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise and maybe cruising is not for you. When you have over 4,000 people getting on a ship, yeah lines can get long. Room “stewards” work very hard and I have always had pleasant experiences. The tone you take with people goes a long way and often reflects how they interact with you. Patience is always key and most who cruise know this. Also, I have never known anyone to slip and fall on a carpeted floor because of a spill. I guess it could happen.. 🤔 Probably best to stick with land based vacations as it doesn’t sound like cruising is your best fit. Hope your next vacation is better.
