Overall it was not bad. I would have liked if we could have spent more time in each of the ports as until we got off and had to get back on it seemed like a short time. The Excursion part could have definitely been set up better from beginning to end. I would also like if the carnival hub allowed you to text/chat with other people on the ship without having to purchase wifi
Embarkation

Lost and damaged one of our Bags. Tag apparently fell off, although not sure how as it was taped and stapled. Other 4 Bags we had had no issue. Eventually it did turn up but was damaged and upon departure while pulling it down the ramp the entire handle came completely off. This is the first time this has ever happened and now we will need to go out and buy a new luggage piece to replace that one.

Saw Shows, played bingo and some of the trivia games. Overall not bad. The pools were disappointing in the fact they got to be overcrowded and the one day both pools were litterally out of commission for about 2 hours.

Kids club was fine except that on certain evenings children were kind of left to go places on their own with little or no supervision. In fact the one night we were getting drinks in the bar and as we looked to our left there was our granddaughter (age 12) with a group of her friends in some type game room right next door.

Cabin size was good as we did not spend much time in the cabin. My only complaint is that the Carnival Hub app, at least for my group did not work at all while we were in the cabin, which was annoying, especially when trying to look at thing's early morning or late evening.
Ship tip
If you want a chair by the pool, be sure to get and lay your towel out early as many people did this around 7am and then went to breakfast, lunch and left their items there all day.
I think the port would have been ok. We did the All Inclusive Beach Excursion here, don't waste your money as it took and hour to get there, an hour to get back, we left the beach at 3pm after arriving there around 12:30 and in that 2 and 1/2 hour time frame you need to eat lunch, get your drinks and do the beach. It was very rushed and not worth the $100 per person we spent..
Did our own excursion via tram around the island. Would have been ok had it nor rained the entire 2 hours. Wish we could have been in this port longer than we were.
This was easy and quick, most frustrating part was the handle falling off my suitcase as I was pulling it, good thing this happened close to the shuttle bus. See embarkation for further comment on luggage piece.
I use the carnival hub app to text other ppl on the ship without purchasing the wifi every cruise I’ve been on. I never get the wifi because to me I’m on vacation I don’t want to be in contact with the rest of the world ☺️
Invest in some heavy duty luggage tag holders next time. If people leave their things in a chair unattended for more than an hour, tell the people at the towel station. They will remove the people's stuff and keep it at the towel station. Saving chairs for an extended period of time is not allowed. Thanks for sharing!
