Review summary

My husband and I booked this cruise for our tenth wedding anniversary. A great friend of ours is a platinum cruiser and highly recommended Carnival. For the most part, everyone was extremely friendly and there to have a good time. We encountered only a few hiccups along the way and cannot wait to schedule our next journey with Carnival. I hope Cookie and DJ Bonez will be on our boat!

I'm very picky and it was difficult find food I liked on board. I ate pizza or light salads from the buffet. My husband didn't eat in the main dining room the entire week. We did eat at the italian restaurant on board and it was delicious! We had the best drink experience with Volodamyr and his team at the Red Frog Pub Bar!

Vida and the cleaning staff was wonderful. She remembered our names throughout the trip and truly accommodated our preferences with regard to frequency and time of cleaning our cabin. We were very pleased with Vida's service!

While we were pleased with most of the common areas, the restrooms outside of our cabin did not appear to be sanitary. We retreated to our cabin for any restroom breaks from day two on. We also feel the pools are very small for the number of cruisers on board.

This was our Zip lining excursion - there are no bathrooms after a 40 minute bus ride to the zip line decks - you will be squatting behind a tree on the side of the cliff. But we did enjoy our beach experience with Kelsey, our drink server.

We met Richard outside the tourist exit at this port - he was a taxi driver and was very friendly! He told us about Old Belize City the whole way to Kukumba Beach.

I'm sure there are many amazing things about this port. However, our excursion was cancelled and we didn't stay out long since it was raining and storming the whole time.
