Carnival Cruises are a great value and lots of fun for all ages. The shows on the Magic were probably the best that we have seen thus far. Cookie, our cruise director was really great! He was fun, full of energy and sooooooo funny! The staff is very friendly at all times and very hard working.

Food and Dining

Guys burgers were delicious as always! The main dining room had excellent service and food. We only ate at the buffet once, breakfast and it was not very good. The lines were very long, the bacon was under-cooked, the food was not good and it was not a good experience.
Onboard Activities

The shows were really good, the comedy was good as well. On the 1st sea day, the pools were closed due to toddlers vomiting and pooping in the pools, very disappointing. I suggest adding a pool for them so they dont ruin everyone else's time

Service and Staff

The wait staff were excellent as always. Ayu in the Norther Lights dining room was very sweet and hard-working. Our cabin steward did a great job but kept taking our towel animals away...
The port is easy to navigate, the staff was very efficient and friendly. We arrived at a very busy time (11:00 am) and were on the ship within 15-20 mins.
Very clean/friendly. Part of our group took a tour tot he Mayan Ruins through shore excursioneer in which they highly recommend. The others took a taxi to the downtown/beach area and had a massage on the beach and shopped.
We had a beautiful beach day, rented chairs with clam shells & kayaks. Great food/drinks at the beach bars....fun/relaxing day and the water is beautiful.
Just a quick walk around the port this time to do a little shopping. The others in our group did a snorkeling excursion with starfish beach and they LOVED it. They highly recommend it.
Although it rained, this is one of our favorite ports....sight seeing/shopping....Cozumel is always a great time. (planned on going to Carlos & Charlies beach front bar but the rain kept us from doing this).
