We had a fabulous time on this cruise! The ports of call are some of our favs and the diversity of the ports is truly a plus. Would do this again if the opportunity presents itself.

Our food was excellent, in fact it was better than on the Brilliance of Seas back in November. We mainly eat in the dining room when possible. We did have pizza, a Guy's burger and a Blue Iguana salad all of which were very good. We never had the buffet however, the lines for it a peak times were insane.
Pizzeria del Capitano

We had pizza several times and even for breakfast!!! We enjoy the thin crust and ask them to make it a little more crispy. The staff there are wonderful and they will make your special order no problem.
Onboard Activities

Just as we have to expect from cruising. I did notice this cruise did not have as many dance style classes. I do wish the serenity area had a pool.

The ceiling in the center is low and the room gets very hot if you do moderate to intense cardio.

Our cabin steward was excellent!!! The cruise director is most certainly the best we have had on 22 cruises. He was engaging, entertaining and just made anything he as attached to fun.
Ship Quality

I do think the cabins need a redo, ours was very clean however they are outdated. The staff was always cleaning and it showed. The design of the ship is fine, the one thing that we noted was that if you had dinner on deck 3 you had to go up to move about the ship as that was the only option.
Cabin / Stateroom

As I stated the cabin was very clean and our steward was exceptional the only issue is it's outdated. The colors are dull and the decorations are just so so.
Ship tip
Go the Seaday brunch- by far a great menu and relaxing time.
You can venture out but caution is needed as you just don't feel all that safe to far from the main tourist areas. Our community gives back excursion was nice but not as advertised. We did see more of the on it and our guide was awesome. Seeing where Maria hit so hard was jaw dropping and learning that 32% of the population of PR still doesn't have power is so troubling.
We were very fortunate as a crew member just told a group of us to proceed off, it was before our time but we didn't hesitate. Customs was moving quickly and we were on the road home in no time.
