Overall we enjoyed our trip. I wish the guest services and shore excursion desk staff were helpful and friendly. The shore excursion desk staff were to the point of being rude.

What do you expect when you deal with rude and bitchy customers that complain about things that don't really matter. Next time prepay for excursions or use kiosk, or maybe go to guest services at a less busy time. And always be very nice it's not their fault and they didn't cause whatever problem you are there for anyways

Absolutely loved Magic. Had a cove balcony, although the ceiling panels were trashed by the previous occupants from jumping up and down on the beds and hadn’t been replaced. Great all round.
