Review summary

As said we went on the Magic as a new ship. It it still a very good ship. The food is still excellent like the eggs benedict. However the shows have made a deep fall and are not to be recomended. The staff is still very good.

food still very good, especially nothern and southern restaurant but buffet also good

pools are ok. Hottub one day nice and another day cold.

Entertainment

we went on 1 of the first cruises of this ship and the entertainment was each night different, music, dance, magic, balancin, circus. This time we had the same artists perform almost everything, mainly music and a bit of dance. One very good artist is the cruise director, you have to see him when he imitates artists.

design still good and easy to find all. However in out gangway there was from the beginning a moist smell, later turing in into a chemical intense smell. After complaining the said they had painted and put some mobile vents in the gangway. But after a week this still did not help a lot.

Cabin / Stateroom

with a bunk bed so not very practicle for a couple but I made the booking mistake. Unfortunately the ship was full so we could nog change to another cabin. Lot of dust on the glass plates in the bathroom. One time very dirty towel.
