Review summary

It was a nice vacation, even though there was a hurricane. The trip could have been a whole lot better if the cruise director would have tried to please every person instead of the crowd. A trip to someplace warm where we could spend time in the water and have fun would have been much better. Not sure I will go on another Cruise.

I want to give it 5 stars because Anastasia at the service desk was great, she helped us out and made sure we were happy. The director needs some help, he should be entertaining everyone not just the crowd. He disrespected me and frankly I feel insulted. The cleaning crew did not clean our room very thorough before we first came in to the room.

The ship was very clean except for our room.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was very comfortable but not very clean when we first got to the room and they never wipe the counters down while we stayed there. Stains and marks from drinks we're on the counters from when we got there until we left. The people smoking on both sides of our balcony did not help either.

Port Canaveral, Florida

We did not go to Port of Call in Florida, we went to Baltimore and ship to Canada instead of the Caribbean, very disappointing.

Disembarkation

Disembarkment was good and fast but accountability of our bags was not good. When we left the ship We Were released to go get or find our bags. Anyone could have grabbed our bags and walked away with it.

sometimes, the CD just needs to release his frustrations on one single person out of the whole ship of passengers. and lucky you, you were picked for this amazing and highly sought after position. I hope you find this singling out from the crowd as a honor. I hope to find you on my cruise one day in the hopes to see you get hand picked from the crowd to simply not get your way. #snowflake

Try cruising in Feb or March. Never go during hurricane season unless you are willing to be prepared for the worst.

You reviewed the wrong ship since you sailed on Pride. I do get your frustration if you book a Caribbean cruise and end up in Canada BUT you did book during peak hurricane season. June though November is hurricane season with high peak beginning mid August through October.

So you pick a September Caribbean cruise and you wanted it warmer, and no hurricane. And you somehow wanted the Cruise Director to select you from the ship, make a special to-do about you, then do the same for all 2000+ onboard. I do not think there is enough time in a week.

No one can predict the weather!! I said it was a nice vacation even though there was a hurricane. The director disrespected me in front of the crowd. I'm not a hard guy to please but that was BS. They sent me 3 emails to review it so I'm reviewing it this was my experience so get over it.
