Review summary

Love cruising. Thanks so much to Marybell, Joycla, Ancelmo (Dining staff)and Cherie (spa). Spent time on shore snorkeling, sight-seeing and just walking. Spa was a first for us but certainly not the last.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Absolutely fantastic, over the top dining staff. Marybell, Joycala and Ancelmo, Jr. We asked for early seating but got Your Own Time dining and so glad we did. We asked for the same table each night and Marybell's station each morning.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Utilized the spa for the first time. Fabulous! Personal trainer, acupuncture, yoga (remember some of us are beginners and some moves can truely cause injury) Love the upper level therapeutic areas!

Entertainment

2 out of 5
First time in 9 cruises on Carnival that I was disappointed in any way with theatre shows. Very poor quality! Actually felt sorry for the cast on several occassions because they did put in a tremendous effort. Only on good comedian out of the four during the cruise. Mr. Brown was great!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
As stated above - fantastic wait staff, cabin steward was very good and Cherie was terrific at reception for the Spa. She should be in management.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Was surprised at the severe wear-and tear on deck chairs and paint splatters everwhere on balconies and deck. Ship was refurbished last year.

Cabin / Stateroom

Will stay in this type cabin from now on.

Quick trip. Was able to find a great deal for 100 students to have a cute gift that was affordable.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Took the Castaway Girl with Jolene and her crew for a snorkeling experience with sea turtles. My first time!

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Loved the view from the ship on the way in and out. The Old and New tour was just average.
