Review summary

The cabin Stewart Bam Bam was very professional and outstanding job. He and crew were friendly and very happy daily. My cabin was always taken care of and he never hesitate to assist with our needs.

The bar service team on Lido Deck need a lot of customer service skills. My drinks were melted down or not cold when brought back, it took too long to return with otxers, several times when asked to open beer bottles the crew members would State that their opened was on their other pants and would walk away with our assistance of finding an opener or other staff. The female dj need to really take pride in her appearance - her hair looked terrible a blonde sponge puff. Buddy the wInter in Northern Lights dining, Leonard in Southern Lights Dining and Hostess Jasmine were so AMAZING and very PROFESSIONAL.

THE FOOD....OH, THE FOOD...please alter the menu in Pig and Anchor extremely too SALTY and please remove the GREENS (awful). We ate breakfast on Lido and became very Ill (bathroom buddies) for a day. 

The worst part was from Wednesday through Friday a major sewage smell that was indeed breathtaking on our deck that I did complain to guest services twice and finally didn't smell in morning we were debarking ship.

Overall, the PORTS were amazing and had a wonderful time on the 2 excursion. 

I will continue to sail on Carnival it has always been great experiences.
