Review summary
I am 81 years old and had to stand in line for 5 hours, no water, no food, never sat down once during this time. When I got close enough to see the sign in area, there was only one baggage scanner open. UNBELIEVEABLE. The people needing assistance got to use this scanner first. There would be one pereson in a wheel chair followed be 5 to 10 healthy friends or relatives. UNBELEIVEABLE. Had to go to muster station at l AM to listen to safety information. UNBELIEVEABLE.
