Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

ship did not come into port on time ( fog was to blame ) so we loaded late, really late. ( lots of standing in line waiting  TSA was to blame for some of this no contingency plans for this sort of problem )Did not get on board until after ( started @ 5:30 ) 11:00 pm , no luggage until 12:00 and then we had to do a muster ( fed laws ) finally on way after 1:00 am .. needless to say we were not going to go to our first port on time. ( key west  ) so we did themin reverse order not so bad as we did see them all ( not enought time at key west ) in doing this we had to do an immigration and naturalization process on board ship prior to docking in Key West .  more standing in line seems like that is all we did . Finally docked in Galveston ( late  ) off ship at 12:00 or later..  more fog and had a shipboard emergency passenger had a bad appendix had to be airlifted off of ship.  Food was pretty bad not up to the Magic's standards ( this was our third cruise on the Magic ) .. Service was up to the standards we have come to expect. Serving people can not do too much when the food is bad.  all in all we did not have a very good time on our cruise. which is a shame for thoise first timers ( they are ruined and probably won't be back.
