A: just google "Carnival Magic Fun Times 2022" you will see copies of past fun times, which is Carnivals daily program. That will give you some idea. The theme nights are usually the same for each cruise and the activities will be the same.

A: Ridgefield Hilton Garden inn and suites in Ridgefield NJ or park in a nearby garage. I have gotten to the cruise terminal by noon and had cruise terminal parking be full.

A: If you choose stay in the city there is a rooftop lot direct over the cruise terminal currently runs at $40/night to a max of $400/voyage. Other private lots and garages are about 3 city blocks away and will only save you about 10-15% per night (whic... h is easily eaten at, by the incovienent walk crossing a highway or by taxi/rideshsre costs).See More

A: Your best bet for Park-Sleep-Vacation packages will be in NJ around the Newark Liberty International Airport or in Ridgefield Park, out on Staten Island, or in Westchester County NY. You will not find any hotel stays with parking package within Manha... ttan.See More

A: Yes. We had late dining so the show times didn’t quite match up. Dinner was at 8:15 and the late shows started at 9 but dinner was not finished. If we watched the early show we were late for dinner. I hope they adjust that. Previous cruises they told... you which show went with each dinner. The best entertainment was Louis at the piano bar. People lined up to get a seat in that small venue. He began at 9 so we never got to sit close and had to wait for people to leave to sit in the back. Have fun!See More

A: We cruised Thanksgiving week and there were at least 4 stage shows including ‘Flick’ running twice a night. The piano bar was always crowded too - for good reason! Great place to go after show or comedy till closing time. At that time, Brad was th... ere with his outfits and wigs. Great fun. There was also a live band in Ocean plaza daily which played different genres of music each day and were good.See More

A: We were on the Magic in Jan for an 8 night and there was Entertainment every night. They 4 major production shows in theater. Comedy almost every night. Also Live music throughout the ship!
Answered by Pamela1105 on March 19, 2022
A: There are a number of parking facilities near the terminal which are a few bucks cheaper under $30 a day. But I imagine if you are spending thousands of cash already for the cruise an extra $70 for a 7 day cruise is not going to make a difference.
Answered by Popdog on March 16, 2022
A: Not hard at all. Park right at the port. It’s a bit pricey at $40 a day but so very convenient.

A: Not likely because they check your boarding passes as you go along in the process. Doesn’t hurt to ask when you arrive at the port.
Answered by Babsie1963 on February 21, 2022
A: Think they should board at their scheduled time. They shouldn’t be slowing someone else down who is there to board at THEIR scheduled time.
Answered by gangway on February 26, 2022
A: Due to Covid precautions ports have been pretty strict about your Arrival Appointment times, especially if you have any unvaccinated person in your cabin that needs at the embarkation day testing. It will be easier for you to arrive as "late" to chec... k-in at the same time as your friends have.See More

Answered by nightmarefred on March 12, 2022
A: no. they are turning people away. you can board with them at the later time
Answered by cortneyb on March 11, 2022
A: they likely won't stop them from boarding with you. they give times to speed up the process, and turning people back for boarding early would just slow them down. my brother in law and his girlfriend boarded with us in dec. 2019, and their time was a... n hour later.See More

Q: Is there drinking water or are there drinking fountains available on the Carnival Magic? Please tell me I don’t have to pay for bottled water every time I’m thirsty. Where is the water located? Gym, ball court, pool area, restaurants? Thanks in advance.

A: We always have water delivered to the room BEFORE we embark. Do It through the gift shop when you do your pre-embark online. It’s much cheaper than buying it a bottle at a time. You show up on embarkation day & the 12 or 24 or whatever you order is t... here. Works out to a buck a bottle or so. Not cheap but not crazy. If you buy it on ship it’s 3 or 4 bucks a bottle-crazy.See More

A: You can get water in any restaurant, a glass from any bar or the buffet, and the sink in your room. Not sure if the Magic has a drinking faucet up on the sports deck. Best to bring a bottle and get it filled if no drink package.

A: Hi, I haven’t been on this ship yet. Will be going in a few days, other ships have water and ice available where the free lemonade and ice tea are. I just fill my bottle throughout the day. Also ask your stateroom attendant to give you an ice bucket.... I keep it in fridge and use that as well.See More
