Often, there was only 1 or 2 people working at Guest Services, and they interacted with guests very slowly which easily created a waiting line if more than 2 people showed up at one time.

We found the excursion desk and staff to be wonderful. Very helpful and compassionate in an unfortunate situation. Guest services was always busy, but still very helpful

We did 2 excursions we book 1 of them through the desk and the other online before we left. The people at the desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a little trouble with my sons internet and chat option on the first day but before the end of the night they had it figured out.

Guest services is a joke. They are all confused and not on the same page. They told our group 3 different things about an issue we had. They simply do not care about the guest on board. Poor excuse for customer service!

This was really the only bad experience on the ship. I couldn't get my hub chat to work so after we were on the open seas I went to guest services and they removed the app from my phone and tried to re add it. Of course it didn't work cause I had no internet access. Then they just said sorry. I'm not sure why it's working, you'll need to upgrade to the better internet plan. "WHAT??" Then I went back the next day and got something different. She said I sent a report in and they will fix it for you and I'll give you a call to confirm. By the third day I still had not call and nothing working. Even though I had paid for the chat portion of the hub. Not only that but I couldn't even look at the fun times on my phone or anything because they removed the app from my phone and I couldn't get it back. At the first port I found free wifi and downloaded the app and it worked just fine after that. I was pretty upset that I couldn't get the app the first 3 days on the ship.
