Loved everything but the kids getting in the Jacuzzi constantly. Us adults can't always use the one on the serenity deck because Alaska is cold, especially when the ship is moving.

The first and last performance were just okay, but the ones in between were phenomenal.

Everyone was so friendly and I was shocked that they knew my name wherever I went, maybe that's a normal because I'm a first-time cruiser.

Staff were very efficient in making rounds and keeping everything clean as soon as someone left.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was such a joy to go into my cabin every evening and see another animal created out of towels. He really goes above and beyond. I was so grateful I hugged him when I left. Kazil I think.

Ship tip

Definitely bring your own coffee mug and water container because you can fill it up before you debark.

Love the convenience of paying $30 for them to take my luggage straight to the airport. And Alaska airlines honored that $30 and I didn't have to pay extra.
