There should have been some effort on the part of Carnival to do something about the situation by checking old records of me or trying to compensate some of the money or on board credit, especially since I am a repeat and returning customer. I have only used Carnival but this will make me reconsider

My kids really enjoyed themselves. This was their first cruise. I have been on three including this one and they have all been with carnival. I have enjoyed all of them and would definitely recommend others to use carnival.

Due to all of the mishaps we experienced, we will most likely not travel on a Carnival Cruise again. Guest Services was rude and not helpful in any way, and we felt as if we were just one of the herd.

Worst cruise I have ever taken! Extremely disappointed! I paid for the most expensive WiFi for two people and it was extremely slow and kept kicking us off. I went to guest services and they dismissed me and told me there was nothing they could do. No personal service in dining room and they rushed you through dinner. Food was extremely poor in dining room and buffet. Service all over the ship was extremely poor. I was absolutely shocked! This cruise has made me rethink Carnival!

The cruise was great. The staff was great. The entertainment and activities were fun. We did 2 excursions, one on each port. Both I would do again. Day at sea was entertaining. Deck parties were a blast. Would definatelt do this cruise again.

It was a Beautiful Cruise. Very well decorated, Big and clean Stateroom, Activities/Events need improvement. No activities for 10+ years old kids and Seniors. Great varieties of food menu but quality need improvement

We had a great time and were so excited about our first cruise trip. It was a little tiring that traveling with two little kids but not too bad since food/entertaining were provided. It took us a little time to figure out the events/locations. We will go again for another one soon hopefully.

Good experience for a first Cruise, very disappointed with the food and dinning experience but the staff was beyond expectations, awesome program for my teenage. Overall good 👍

Great first time cruise. The crew was extremely friendly. The food was plentiful and tasty. The stateroom was clean. The artwork was on par with art museums. The music was perfect. The decks were fun and safe to enjoy.

Fun cruise and worth the money. I wouldn't bother with the spa again. The port also wasn't fun. But the food, relaxation and onboard activities were great.

My huaband and I made the best of our first cruise without the kids, but will not sail in Carnival ever again. We didn’t even like the food, inferior than Royal Caribbean.

It was a very good experience! Definitely recommended for every body. Three day cruise is an ideal length, it could be boring if it is longer in my opinion.

besides the elevators on the 5th floor by the victoria hall smelling like feces, and the bathroom kept flooding from the shower, the overall cruise was an amazing experience for me being that this was my first cruise

It was ok dont think we will be going in carnival shsin. If we do might try a longer cruise to see if the larger ships ate better. But the surcharge places to eat were much better the the main dinkng.

Very good for the price, I just wish the game for kids could be less expensive, 3.50 for a 1 minute game, they offered a rist band for a so call unlimited drinks but I cost 54$ a day and you need to buy it for the entire cruise time in my case 4 days, moreover every adult got to buy as well even if they do not drink alcohol.

It was a great cruise!!! Iam looking forward to another cruise soon! It was exactly what we wanted. It is a great way to see the world and travel in style. I would recommend a cruise to everyone who wants to have a fun vacation!!

Nice and relaxing quick getaway, Ship was very nice and the Halloween party was amazing, but the great punchliner comedy club every evening was the best part of my cruise!

Entertaining! I really enjoyed the dive in movie night. Blanket, popcorn can’t go wrong. The staff were very kind, helpful, and filled with excitement! I would definitely cruise with carnival again.

I would recommend this ship. The staff entertainment and service was great. There was something to do at all times and Guys burgers was like heaven. It would have been better to spend more time in Nassau

For being my husbands first cruise there were highs and lows. It was our honeymoon and they were suppose recognize us at dinner and never did . We thought they would be more attentive for honeymooners
