Review summary

We stayed in the Captains Suite 9200 on the Carnival Liberty March 30th sailing. It was modified from an observation deck to an extension of a regular cabin; as told to us by our cabin steward. The cabin staff is friendly and accommodating, but the cabin crew is not friendly and surly at all times to all customers. They seem to have forgot who pays their salary and look at the customers as an inconvenience to them. That said, we had our shore stop in Grank Turk cancelled with no advance notice and no accommodation from Carnival. 99% of the time of this cruise was spent at sea due to the cancellation. They are the most unaccommodating cruise line ever. Will never book Carnival again!
