Review summary
The Carnival Liberty is a great ship! I loved the fact that it was high tech with wireless internet and cellphone connectivity throughout the ship. Plus you can book your shore excursions right from your room on the TV. The TV is interactive like most hotels so that you can order movies, etc.. The entertainment on the ship was excellent and suitable for families. They had entertainers that gave excellent and clean shows. If they were going to have a show that was rated R and geared towards adults they would have a seperate show at 12 AM and only allow 18+. Most of all, we were extremely pleased with the kids programs (Camp Carnival). We have 4 children aged 6,8,10,and 13 and we were able to put them in their programs from morning until 10PM. If you want to put your kids in camp and go ashore your selves you can do that also. This is not to say that we did not spend time with our kids, however, it gives you great options. The kids counselors were terrific! The one semi negative thing I would say is that the food was just ok. Nothing spectacular, but is still good. All in all, I highly recommend the Carnival Liberty!Ports of call
