This is a beautiful ship with excellent crew. Ports of call we're nice other than Belize. I would recommend this cruise to everyone.

Older ship and more intimate. Sedate Service in room great but dining room not so great. The automatic tipping gets rid of incentive. Food not as good as other cruise lines I've tried in past

I was very impressed with the ship. It was overhauled in 2013, I believe, for it's journey in the fall of 2014 to Australia.

I enjoyed everything about the cruise. Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful

The Beginning to The End Was Wonderful Staff Service. From Room Attendant to Dining Area. Staff is Been Very Well Train on How to Take Care Customer. Willie The Director Has Tremendous Job of Training & Guiding Whole Operation Keeping in Mind By Everyone Pleasure Including All Shows.

My overall impression was not good. The food was not that good, the adult activities was very limited.

We loved everything except the smoking policy in the rooms. We paid extra for balcony and could not ever set on it. The people in the room to the right had two people smoking 24/7. If we even opened our door the smoke entered the room. So So disappointed. Please let us know what you think. We may never cruise again unless we are guaranteed to to be next to a smoker.

 Loved this cruise.  Honduras, Mahoganey Bay was a clean, well run resort that Carnival spent millions of dollars to build.  So relaxing on this beach.  We also liked Grand Cayman, swimming with the sting rays, starfish cove and the boat ride over to these areas.  Belize was another nice port.  The only one we didn't like was Cozumel.  It was dirty and the locals are very aggressive.

This was our first cruise and it was absolutely wonderful! we had an extended balcony cabin with lots of room. The staff was very and helpful. We enjoyed the shows and went to all the comedy shows. So much to do. We couldnt ask for better weather...Food was delicious except for the fried shrimp which was cold. Other than that it was 24/7 all you can eat. And we did see some filling their plates so high and stuffing food in their mouths like they couldnt get enough..lol Fun entertainment poolside. Yummy drinks...Amazing that there are over 2000 people but never a line...never felt crowded. We ate..danced..swam...laughed and really had a awesome great time. We have decided to make this our annual vacation.....

If you are not going to the beach, you need to book an excursion. If you don't go to the beach or on an excursion, the only option left is shopping at the port shops. This is not worth a trip to an island.

The Legend is a smaller vessel than many of the other cruise ships that I've been on which was really nice. The service as always is phenomenal, the food was great and our aft balcony was unbelievably awesome. Here are a couple of things to look out for. 1.) My experience with Marriott Cruise only was less than satisfactory. They have their low cost guarantee posted all over their site, but when there was a price reduction on our cruise we received no credit from either carnival or Marriott Cruises Only. On top of that our \"agent\" refused to return my calls after the priced dropped and I was forced to call the 800 line. The first attendant flat out lied to me and said there wasn't a price drop. The second attendant at least admitted to the price drop but said that we didn't qualify because we paid our ticket price in full when we booked. Yes, once you have paid for the cruise this company will no longer honor the pricing commitments so don't give them all your money when booking. Make sure to use the deposit system that way if there is a price reduction prior to your cruise you can receive your \"promised\" credit. After this experience I'll probably just go back to booking with Carnival because the points weren't worth the hassle, and once you use a travel agent all carnival does is tell you to call your agent if there is a price reduction. That's the most frustrating thing if you go through it. Both companies promise a low price guarantee and then neither of them follow through because we paid for the cruise up front. Parents of small children be forewarned that the artwork around the staterooms is fairly explicit. Many of the pictures are of naked or mostly naked individuals, and our group was joking around most of the trip that when our young children are old enough to learn about the birds and bees we should just take them on the Legend. Clean, friendly, and awesome food

It was a great cruise, the food, staff and ship were wonderful. Activities and excursions were well organized.

We loved the ship. Just the right size. Loved the new quiet adults only section. There were no long lines at the buffet or dining room like we have experienced on other cruise lines. We were a little disappointed with the entertainment. Service was good, room was clean. We especially enjoyed the food. We cruise a lot and it was our first time on Carnival in about 20 years and while the food is good on other cruise lines it is spectacular on the Carnival Legend. We are wondering if it is just the chef on this ship or if this high quality food is served on all Carnival ships. We will need to cruise Carnival again to find out. Smile
