Our room steward Jandill was exceptional. Our dining room waitstaff Mary Rose and Arya were great.

We had our room changed to room 1124 due to a noise issue because it was easier for them to change our room rather than find the unoccupied room with the loud tv and beeping smoke detector. Room 1124 had a persistent air conditioning issue.
