Buffet was awful. The same food for breakfast every day and it was all but inedible. Main dining room food was good but it took almost 3 hours and the service was horrible. They changed my dining time to much later and when I tried to change it back they said everything was booked.

Besides bad weather, the island was basically closed because of Good Friday. Nothing was open. One would think the cruise folks would know this stuff. Waste of time and money. Thanks Carnival.

Exactly what do you want Carnival to do about it being Good Friday? How can you blame them for establishments being closed? If ALL the staff was rude to you, please elaborate so that we all know what to look out for on our next cruise. I have never in 24 cruises had not one single staff member ever be rude to me.

I agree with the statement, cruising may not be for you,. How much of a variety do you want for breakfast. And i have been on numerous cruises, and have never met a rude crewmember, busy perhaps, occupied perhaps but rude. There customer service is there livelihood.

Breakfast buffet did get boring fast which is why I prefer MDR, but rude staff? Maybe one or two who are occupied at the time but not all of them. His first cruise(?) and who know where he is from, he may have a bias against the staff demographics. Reminds me of a certain American (apparently) Asian couple on my last Holland America trip who complained that the staff (mostly Asian???) were discriminating against them because of their race (I heard from my waiter that they were the ones who ‘missed’ the ship in Ketchikan).
