Review summary

Carnival needs to retire Carnival Legend. Over all i would give the cruise a 2 stars because the bedding needs replacement and the tv need updating and the entertainment needs improvement and the food needs to be looked into but the staff for most cases was wonderful

The staff was wonderful except when it came down to fixing stuff. Example I complained about the washing machine not working and the manager was suppose to come to check it out but NEVER showed and that was just one of the 2 complaints that was reported and never handled

Yes the common areas were cleaned and well maintained and as far as the ship layout and design I dont care too much for

I gave a 3 star for the following reasons, I would give 5 stars for the size and cleanliness ONLY. Everything else in the room gets 1 star , the tv was very small with very few channels which most were carnival channels meaning very little to nothing to watch and was not able to even rent a movie as you are on other carnival boats. The mattress and pillows were a disaster. I'm came home with bad back pain and neck pain from the very uncomfortable lumpy sliding mattress and limpy pillows

I sailed her in January. I didn't think she was that bad, but she definitely needs to be refreshed. A movie screen and Italian restaurant should be added. Luckily I didn't have issues with the food.

Everyone has different experiences. Most experiences in life are viewed from the lens of your own expectations and attitude. I try to keep my expectations reasonable and my attitude right, then very little bothers me. I feel bad when someone didn’t find the enjoyment they were looking for. I always enjoyed the food on the Legend/Pride. I always had too much to do, not too little. I like the ship, the crew, and the overall experience. Sorry this person didn’t find what they were looking for.

I was on the ship the week prior. I guess the bedding really took a turn for the worse. Sounds like you need a vacation from your vacation. Complaining about the content on your TV? Get out of your room and go explore.
