The cabin was way to cold. We requested someone come fix the thermostat, but no or came. I am now sick because of unable to sleep comfortably because it was so cold.

We had the same issue last time on Legend had to ask repeatedly for our cabin to be made up. We have cruised with both Carnival and Royal Caribbean and will never cruise with Carnival again at least not out of Australia. Royal Caribbean is absolutely amazing. Although this can only be based on my experience.

Never once was our room not cleaned. We always put the “crusin “ sign out to ensure staff know we are not in the room. Room stewards are always working morning til early afternoon, I would think after day 1 of not having your room cleaned you could have asked someone?? Why would you give Activities 1 star if you didn’t participate?? Hope you enjoy your vacations more in the future.
