Outstanding ship, crew, ports, and food! We'd definitely recommend, and we'd do the same cruise again!

Outstanding amenities include three water slides, the "Bolt" rollercoaster, the Serenity adults-only pool and sunning deck, multiple theaters, more bars than you can count, and incredibly comfortable guest rooms & beds (we had a balcony). I would give it five stars except for a couple of things. First, the pools on Jubilee have much smaller swimming areas. They feature a rectangle of water down the middle (picture a pool table in design), surrounded by very shallow areas that seems designed for children. Every pool I saw on the Jubilee was like this. There was no place to really swim. Second, elevator access is abundant, but room in the elevators is quite limited and you can wait for some time to get on an elevator that has enough room for you.

The room was outstanding. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the shower was very roomy. Overall the room was very comfortable!
Ship tip
Do NOT bring debit cards on shore with you unless they are in a protected wallet. My wife's debit Visa was copied while we were in port on Costa Maya.
Carnival Jubilee is a big ship. There were approximately 6700 guests on board, not including about 1700 crew. Traffic trying to get to the pier to drop off our luggage was unbelievable. There's just one lane for cars trying to get to the ship so allow extra of time or you'll miss your scheduled boarding time.
Mahogany Bay was wonderful. It's obvious the island is not part of the Honduras mainland. Everything there was created by or for the cruise lines. But the people are Honduran and they are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The costs of souvenirs (T-shirts, glassware, etc) were much more affordable than in Costa Maya or Cozumel. The drinks and foods were also very well done!
The area created for the cruises was great. The shops were almost twice the price of Honduras but they offered a wide variety of souvenirs. Pool and bar were both huge and well run. Again, do not take a debit card on shore.
Spent the day at Paradise Beach and it was amazing! Omar was our attendant and he took very good care of us. You have to try to the coconut shrimp with mango sauce! Mixed drinks are delicious but don't expect a lot of alcohol in them! Miami Vice, Tidal Wave, and the Bahama Mama were great.
Only challenge was Carnival's assignment of letters and numbers. On the day of disembarkation, they keep calling the letters for groups to leave. Problem is, some of us only got numbers! I called Guest Services, told them I only had a number 10 on my assignment. They said 10 coincides to the letter "J" and I was in that group. I told her nothing was said about this, and I went to the actual meeting in the Jubilee Theater for disembarkation. What she told me turned out to not be accurate, but we slipped in with another group and got off the ship early. They need to get this system fixed.
