Review summary
We live 10 miles from the Long Beach port. It is an easy cruise for us to take. The cruise met all of our expectations. Keep in mind this is not a high end luxury cruise, but more of a fun cruise. It was an enjoyable getaway. We are sure to do it again.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
They were very good. Not the outstanding food on more expensive cruises, but very good for the price. It met or exceeded out expectations.
Onboard Activities

We really enjoyed the comedy club...Outstanding. The main stage show was very good. Wanted to use the hot tub, but it was always full when we tried. There was a good variety of activities, however, many of them were not of interest to us.
Entertainment

Doug the comedian was great. I can't remember the other comedian's name, but he was very good also. The comedy club was something I was looking forward to and it was great. The main stage show was also very good.
Children's Programs
No kids, did not use it.
Service and Staff

Some personnel were outstanding, others were good. Did not have a bad experience, but not all of them deserve outstanding service.
Ship Quality

All was very clean and well maintained. My biggest complaint is that it is hard to find a good seat in the main theater. There are a lot of seats that have obstructed view. Dining rooms were very good as were the buffets.
Cabin / Stateroom

What we expected. Not a big room, but big enough for the two of us. Very clean. Room steward was outstanding
Ensenada is OK. Not much to do except shop and drink. Took the Bufadora and city tour. Blow hole was fun. The flea market was a gauntlet of vendors. The city tour was mildly interesting but nothing outstanding.
