Cruise was okay for a first cruise, the price was affordable. The service was not the best, restaurant and dining times were scattered and not predictable.

Main dining rooms got order wrong frequently, buffets were good. Room service did not deliver two mornings in a row.

Customer service was not consistent. Most we encountered were stand-off-ish, gave inaccurate information, seemed to not care.

Very confusing layout, only had maps by elevators.

It was comfortable, we had a lot of closet space, roomy bed and great view.

Ship tip

Get to know the maps by elevators so you can find where you are going and avoid getting lost or turned around.

Restaurant times scattered and not predictable? They have always been posted and consistent on every cruise we have taken. Other than the main dining room hours for lunch on sea days vs port days, the hours have always been consistent.

Fun time on the Fun Ship
It was fun, but we will look for a different cruise line other than carnival next time as our hallway and bathroom smelled like sewer.
