Review summary

With all that said and done. Carnival Horizon had a few hiccups. There were water leaking from the ceilings abd the contruction on our side was crazy with the times they do it, could'nt rest I was upset about that.

The staff makes the trip wonderful but there was one young lady at the cusyomer service desk. Real RUDE & NASTY her name was Ilene she needs training.
