Ship tip

The ship- Try the specialty restaurants. The MDR service and food was not what we expected. The serenity deck is amazing. It’s a great kid free zone to relax on sea days. The salads from fresh creation are delicious. The entertainment and comedy shows are always fun to experience. We absolutely enjoyed the double bathrooms in our cabin.

Ports of call

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

Amber Cove is one of my favorite ports. There’s water slides, zip line, swim up bar and pool and a restaurant. The views are amazing and the restrooms are clean. We had an amazing time.

La Romana, Dominican Republic

LaRomana’s cruise port is fairly new. There’s two restaurants, a pool and a DJ. The restrooms are cool and clean. The views are amazing.

Willemstad, Curacao

If you are looking to explore, I would recommend you schedule an excursion from ship. We went on a local van tour of the island. We had the option to shop or go to the beach. Curaçao was relaxing. We enjoyed every moment.

Oranjestad, Aruba

Aruba was relaxing. We took a cab to Eagle Beach and rented an umbrella and two lounging chairs and sat on the beach for a few hours. The locals are extremely polite and welcoming. We had lunch at a seafood restaurant (Driftwood) recommended by our cab driver. The food was amazing.

We have an ocean view Junior squire in December with two bathrooms but it’s on the first floor. Will be four of us.
