Overall, a disappointing cruise. We are platinum with Carnival, but we are seriously considering switching to another cruise line. My advice: raise fares as much as necessary to maintain standards.

It’s the people who make a cruise. The fellow passengers, majority of service staff, dining, relaxing eager to book that next cruise.

Disembarkation was extremely fast!! The crew just wanted everyone off the ship ASAP!! I understand that the ship was leaving for renovations, but was it necessary to get everyone off in less than an hour? My husband who is disabled and has trouble walking was shoved in the gangway to get off... Too many people and at one time. This is the only issue I have on this ship.

Enjoyed our cruise. Ship was clean and easy to get around and find what we needed. Loved the Carnival Hub app! Staff was great.

Cruise only will tell you your getting these bonus things like onboard credit and then not give it to you. Be aware!!

It was a nice break. I like leaving out of New Orleans and they claim the ship is going in to dry dock.

Overall this cruise was enjoyable for myself and my family. Ports were interesting and I was very pleased that something has been done about all the peddlers swarming you as soon as you get off the ship. It was a pleasure to walk around and shop on "our" terms instead of theirs. Ship is well maintained with the only complaint being the quality of food seems to be lower and the singers in the shows need voice lessons. Also, was double charged on an item at the Fun Shops. Contacted Carnival and they sent me to a third party for the charges because they don't handle this. Now dealing with them trying to straighten all this out.

Great Carnival Cruise, staff food everything was perfect!!

Like the title says, we made great family memories with this cruise on the Carnival Glory. We used the Carnival Glory App and this helped us schedule and participate in the hourly activities available. Stayed busy during the sea days in between our meals which made the time pass more quickly. Food was plentiful and good quality, especially enjoyed the daily evening dining experience at the Main Dining Room.

It was the Carnival Glory. The crew were great. Some of the passengers were not. Rudeness by other guests at the buffets who didn't want to wait their turn. Unattended minors running around the ship causing mischief.

Embarkation was smooth and easy to navigate. Had 4 days of cloudy rain off/on. Ship live entertainment was so so. Some people loved it others not so much. Cabin was nice room attendant was outstanding (Ramono). He went above and beyond. Food was better than we've had on previous cruises.

Overall we had fun. We did find that we have 2 charges on our invoice that we did not approve. How do we go about having this corrected?

My 2nd cruise. Had a great experience. Excursions were great. Staff was very good.

Overall, the cruise was not very relaxing. We tried hard to enjoy ourselves, but it was difficult.

Both wife and I caught COVID and I was out of work another 10 days. We are looking forward to our next cruise in a year or so.

Our cruise was a very awesome adventure. We were treated with friendly hospitality. The service all over the ship was great. Our waiters in the platinum room at 6 pin were awesome. I recommend this cruise.

Super quick embarkation. Friendly staff with smiles everywhere. Port excursions were very good. Over all we had a good cruise.

My room steward was awesome the art team was amazing I wasn't into art or an art person but I am now the way they explained stuff was incredible all the staff I talked to seemed to be very nice

My sister and I had a wonderful girls' trip. We especially enjoyed the Serenity Adults Only area and the Serenity Deck Party. We found the pools to be overcrowded and did our swimming in port. The food was wonderful, the staff was attentive and the entertainment was excellent. Can't wait to cruise again.
