I enjoyed this cruise and especially having a balcony gave me the solo time I needed with view of the sea.

The boarding was a little confusing but once on the ship it was fine. I loved all the activities and shows. The shows were awesome. I will return as soon as possible.

Worst experience ever as far as service and cleanliness. No consideration at all. I will say the dining room staff always very accommodating. Food was prepared as we asked. Actual bartenders were excellent and also accommodating. The app for communication left people in our group out of important texts. Called Carnival Corporate they told me they would take care of our problems internally, asked if I would get a follow up and they said no. Didn't seem to really care any more than Customer Service on boat.

Rust Rust Rust! Saw rust everywhere! Standing water on deck in drainage area (against rail) upon embarkation that was stagnant, thick with debris and 'stuff'. Immediate turn off. Ship itself seemed very plain compared to other Carnival ships we have been on, as well and smaller main lobby area and smaller Lido deck pool side area. Pool was out of commission one full day and several whirlpools were down at various times. Those working were not very hot. The cruise director was boring and seemed not engaged, entertainment was boring. TOTALLY disliked the CONSTANT bombardment of the SPA staff. Did a massage which was okay, but high pressure to buy products. Total turnoff. If this had been my first cruise, it would have been my last. Seemed like Carnival is starting to cut corners.

Employees work so hard for nothing. Pathetic.The cruise line does not pay their employees. We pay their wages from the gratuity. Exploitation I call it.

This was our 1st cruise. We had an awesome time. So many things to do on the ship. The staff will bend over backwards to help you.

This was my first Carnival Cruise but my second cruise. Each cruise line is different. We really enjoyed ourselves, except for the Guest Service counter. It would be seven staff member behind the counter and no one asked for the next person to come up to be help.

I had an amazing time. I can't wait to book another cruise

The ship was to old and not enough times on the excursions.

I knew this was an old ship, but thought it would be okay since it was refurbished! The staff was all wonderful! The room steward was great! The air conditioning did not work very well! I requested a fan and the room steward found one for me! The dining staff was also great! The food in dining room was good, but not great! This cruise was not cheap! We paid a little more for this cruise than the Oasis of the Seas! Both balcony rooms! Both 7 day cruises!

Arrival and Check in was very quick. Cruise director was amazing!

Would cruise again with Carnival, not sure if we will be back with glory though. It was a fun experience but we want to try other Carnival ships.thank U

Food was iffy. Excellent one meal and poor the next. Soup was not good. Pastry dry. Bread okay. Entertainment not as good as on past trips. Crowded hallways made it difficult to get anywhere on the ship in the evenings. We has a noisy cabin next to a dish washing room. Got woken up every morning around 5 AM by clinking dishes and noisy carts.

Amazing! these ports was the best we are doing the same ones next year

Did this cruise as our honeymoon. Was disappointed that so many shops were geared towards jewelry. Enjoyed the nice relaxing atmosphere of Grand Turk and Amber Cove. Both sites had a pool and chairs that were free for use. Staff on Carnival was for the most part very friendly and outgoing. Our steward knew our names after the first day which I was very impressed with. Overall a nice honeymoon.

Overall a very nice cruise amd would consider doing it again. My only negative thing to say is I wish Carnival would consider turning away underdressed people not meeting their dress code at the elegant dinners. It is a special night to get dressed up and it cheapens the dinner, when people come in in ripped jeans, baseball hats and wearing T-shirts. On think that would help us rate the staff? if they could have easy to remember nick names. We had so many great staff to applaud, but had name we would not pronounce or spell. Dustin, JJ and Coco wer easy to remember,

Nathakaan was awesome, she and her team took very good care of us In the dining room, Orlando and his team was also very responsive to our needs

Nice boat. Had a nice relaxing trip with my mom. Food and dining service was great.

As a whole my wife and I had a great trip! The weather was perfect and the food was great. We enjoyed the shows every evening to include the late night comedy. I also had some good luck in the casino and won some $$.
