Review summaryWorst experience ever as far as service and cleanliness. No consideration at all. I will say the dining room staff always very accommodating. Food was prepared as we asked. Actual bartenders were excellent and also accommodating. The app for communication left people in our group out of important texts. Called Carnival Corporate they told me they would take care of our problems internally, asked if I would get a follow up and they said no. Didn't seem to really care any more than Customer Service on boat.

Be sure to check your room for dirt and dust as well as the balcony never cleaned. Have a map with you as none of the staff know where anything is nor do they care to help you find out. Have to ask for clean towels. Important the Carnival App to communicate with your friends does not work all the time so have a back up plan as friends get left out of text.
