Review summary

Everything is now done on your phone. Menu’s, activities, schedules. So it is impossible to to do anything without your phone. If everything has to be done with a phone they need to make some updates to allow more than one charger to be plugged in at a time. The ship is old and we had sailed on it 10 years ago. Lido was updated and a few other minor updates other than that it was looking old and worn. We are platinum and never got most of our perks because the QR code to see how to get things wouldn’t work. Tried guest services who took our stateroom number and we never heard from anyone. The platinum party no longer has any food and the captain didn’t attend. Seemed like lots of budget cuts since our last cruise.

Selection in the dinning room was much smaller than pre- COVID. Most of the food was over cooked and under seasoned. Guy’s and Blue Iguana were excellent as always.

Not many of these things were on our ship. Daily activities were mostly trivia and not much else.

Stage shows were okay. Comedy club was good but filled up really fast.

The service provided by the dinning room staff and cabin steward were top notch.

Layout was okay. They did seem to be doing a great job of cleaning and sanitizing in the stairways.

You can ask for printed menus - that's what I always do because I don't like carrying my phone, either.
