No fault to Carnival, but our balcony state room was not enjoyable at all. We book balcony rooms to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. But this cruise, our neighbors smoked marijuana every night and nothing was done. We could not open our balcony door without the smell in our cabin. I don't understand how security did not smell it while walking the hallway.

The bed was awfully uncomfortable and the mattresses need replacing. The balcony was dirty and sitting and trying to look through the balcony glass was distorted by salt water and crud. They never cleaned the windows like they did on another ship, which was done on a port day.

Room met the standards for a Balcony room. Location was convenient to everything, especially Lido. Being one floor below Guy's Burgers area, you could hear scraping noises during the night as they cleaned the deck.
