WORST VACATION EVER by disastercruzer

The size of the cabin was on par with expectations. The cleanliness of the cabin was beyond expectation. Our room steward was excellent. As far as comfort, that is where issues arose. The mattress on the bed was so worn out, if you sat down on the bed, you immediately went all the way down to the frame.

The cleanliness was great. The balcony would've been nice to enjoy, but w/ our cabin being so hot, we didn't open the balcony door very often. Our air conditioner went out on Monday & by the time we returned from Cozumel on Tuesday our cabin was cooler. On Wednesday our cabin began getting hot again...I do wish our cabin was abt 68-70 degrees because after being in the hot Caribbean sun all day we would've enjoyed a cooler cabin. We would've slept better, & not been so tired the next day, if the cabin was cooler. I was given a fan, at my request, on the first day, so I'm grateful for the fan, but I do wish the a/c worked better.
