Review summary

Cruise, people were great, friendly the only problems were the long lines in New Orleans when we got to our thinking we could cool off and relax we found out that guest did not have their room cards so we had to straight down to customer services and found another long line were we had to wait over an hour to get their keys

Waiters were excellent room Stewart for our room was the best the service at the bars were wonderful people like John and the crew at the Casino Bar and the red frog and the server's on the decks were the best and deserve all our praise also the server's in all the food places the cleaning crew everyone

We took our suitcases off we felt like we herded off like cattle some of the security were rude and some were nice
