Embarkation

Delayed embarjation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Same exact menu I've been eating for years - boring and repetitive, though quality was decent. Lido was decent, though salad bar needed more variety. Barbecue was DREADFUL

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
No Foosball except for kids area, shuffleboard is on old worn deck making it difficult to play. Ping pong needs protection from wind. Hit tubs overcrowded, as always

Entertainment

1 out of 5
All of our shows were cancelled - except for the first where they sat on chairs singing- first due to "technical difficulties " then 2 cast members with flu. 2nd leg of back to back we were told we had an entire new cast, but still, not a single show. Piano Bar singer was dreadful - bar was empty most nights.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Best room steward I have EVER had - Reginald, deck 8 Casino bartender Shala was the best, always finding me as soon as I entered and keeping the drinks coming

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Most of the ships have similar layouts and this was no different. Cleanliness good for the most part. On the 2nd leg of our back to back we moved to a different room with different room steward and he was NOT good at cleaning - there was something 🤮 on the wall by the toilet paper holder when we first got to the room, there was some type of sticky liquid splatter on the wall (exploded soda??? Champagne??) Near the fridge.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This cabin was fabulous and the room steward Reginald in this room was amazing - best ever in all my years of cruising.

Ports of call

New Orleans, Louisiana

1 out of 5
The port itself is TERRIBLE. If walking from hotel you actually have to walk in the street to get to the port

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

4 out of 5
The water was murky, NOT clear as I remember in past cruises, but perhaps due to the storms that came theough

Belize City, Belize

4 out of 5
I love Belize as a whole, but the port itself is just kinda EHHH. Tendering is fun the first time or 2 but gets old. Heading back to ship from Port both times (backtoback) it was an HOUR from getting on tender to getting back on ship.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
My favorite port, love the entertainment in port, all the shops, etc. Only thing I'd change would be to put in a pool like Costa Maya, Grand Turk, etc. Going outside port to walk the street isn't great - hounded by vendors, only about 2 blocks of shops

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth, but no porters to help with luggage

Traveler Photos

Piano Bar - nobody liked the player lol Port as viewed from tender Skillet cake
