She's old smelled of sewage on some floors, bad chemical smell, carpets stained and coming up ect

Balcony door wouldn't seal made noise couldn't sleep, leaked water, no handicap accessible door it pinned me and the scooter, refrigerator broke and smelled of dead animal.

Wait till she gets a upgrade or get inside cabin 😂 and don't expect anything
Sounds like some sour grapes to me. Poor me I’m disabled. Every cruise I have been on has many disabled people on them. If you needed a handicapped accessible room you should have booked one. I know for a fact at every port there are accessible excursions.
