Absolutely awesome staff. The only issue I had was promised a fan, extra pillows, and ice bucket at first introduction and never received any throughout cruise. Understand however the magnitude of attending all request and some get missed. Did not hinder my enjoyment

Only issue I had was first two days the shower didn’t drain, but once reported, was addressed immediately and worked perfectly afterwards

Loved the inside cabin as it is very dark and can allow a peaceful nap, despite the time of day.

Any ship really... need more outlets for devices

Just repeat your request for pillows, etc. Yes, they have a lot to take care of. I had to ask a 2nd time for an ice bucket last cruise, but after that, he filled it every night!
