Overall a very good experience. Boarding was easier and quicker than expected (I had been dreading that process). We did not have great weather, but enjoyed each of the ports of call. Enjoyed good snorkeling excursions in St Thomas and Grand Turk. Super enjoyed a free day of roaming "old town" in San Juan (including a nice break from ship food at local restaurants). I really like this size ship...big enough to have all the amenities, but small enough that the crowds are not overwhelming.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Main dining room (and upgrade Steak House) had excellent food, but the buffet was just okay.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
Was not inspired to participate in most...(Bingo? really?). Also, even premium level paid internet access was super slow...a real disappointment.
Also disappointed in the "Serenity" area of the sunning deck. (Ended up choosing kids having fun over the drunk and very loud 21+ crowd that took over the "adult only" area most days.)
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Stage productions were fun and enjoyable (but calling them "million dollar, Vegas style" shows is kind of silly....they are not that...). Saw three of the four possible comedians...all were funny and the highlight of ship fun.

Cabin / Stateroom

Slightly outdated styling, but was roomy and had a great location for balcony views and ship amenity access. Housekeeping crew was great...(one small maintenance issue was taken care of very quickly).
Ship tip
Plan on spending money on excursions... Only one of our stops (San Juan) had enough to offer to go out on our own. We had two excursions canceled, but the staff was great about letting us know and giving us other options.
Snorkeling excursion was a little disorganized, but the time in the water was awesome. There is a beach and about a dozen shops if you don't buy an excursion, but would have been really disappointing without excursion I think.
Thanks for the good review! We will be on the glory in August,it is my second cruise, first was on the breeze I understand the glory is a smaller ship so it's nice to know it's still big enough so crowds aren't overwhelming! we will be walking San Juan as well..anything we should really check out? :)
